Well there are a lot of foods for us to eat. Choosing and eating the best one out of them should be the first thing to do if you are dreaming of a good health. First of all you should be creating a good healthy diet for yourself. And you should be including in your diet fruits and vegetables along with other essential foods that are rich in proteins and minerals.


Well, one of the best source of protein is egg. Doctors say that only the egg white is needed to eat and the yolk is not good for some people. So, you can avoid it if you don't like it. The egg white can be included in your diet without any problems whatsoever.


Milk is highly rich in a lot of nutrients and minerals. It is good to drink milk before we sleep. It's because milk takes a lot of time to get digested. That's why people prefer it at night time. This way we will be getting the essesntial proteins during our sleep. If you are one of those who work hard during the day time, then you will need good amount of sleep. And during this time your muscles grow, and for the growth of muscles, proteins are necessary. So, milk plays a very good role in this case.


Eating bananas can increase your weight pretty easiy. So, eat bananas daily if you are one of those who are looking to gain weight. It is not something that increases your weight for sometime and then decreases your weight after you stop using it. Even after you stop eating bananas, your weight won't get lost. And this is one of the benefits of eating bananas.
